Terms & Conditions

1. Carrier Liability

Akash Logistics / MB operates under the Carriage by Road Act. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the goods at the time of booking.

2. Payment Terms

Standard freight charges are payable within 15 days of invoice date unless a prior credit arrangement is established in writing.

3. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or government-mandated route closures.

4. Governing Law

All service contracts are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Jurisdiction for disputes is Ahmedabad.
